Aji Amarillo Chilli Seeds – 15 Fresh Seeds
A very popular pepper the Aji Amarillo is a C.Baccatum and comes from Peru and is a very important ingredient in Peruvian cooking.
The plant can grow very large with a huge number of pods which normally needs good staking and support due to it growing habit. This is one of the best peppers for general use like sauces, powder and used fresh in salsa and salads.
In Peru it is used in a dish called Papa a la Huancaina which is basically Potatoes covered in a spicy cheese sauce made from the Aji Amarillo with boiled eggs and black olives.
